With its deep ruby red colour, this full bodied Syrah displays a soft taste and dense structure, very juicy with early maturation. Cedar and wild flowers on the nose, herbs, some eucalyptus and olives on the palate. A very typical, light peppery wine, accessible and good length with fine tannins.
Only the best parcels are selected to go into this our top cuvee. The grapes are harvested in the cool of the early morning and then crushed into large format barrels.
