Long, cool fermentation ensures expressive fruit on the nose and a rich complex palate. Lees contact is given for 1 month after fermentation, after which the wine is carefully bottles and blended.
Smells like: Tropical and citrus fruits with herbal and wild fennel seed.
Tastes like: Fruity with notes of apple, guava, pineapple, melon and lime.
Good with: Lightly spiced chicken curry or sushi with a dash of wasabi and ginger.
